I received a damaged / defective product. What should I do?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and we will assist you for the exchange or refund procedures. 

Please reach out to us as soon as you receive your order - otherwise it will be impossible to proceed to an exchange or a refund.
