All returns need to be postmarked within 15 days of the delivery date. If a return package is sent out after this 15-day window, it will unfortunately be refused and sent back to you at your expense. We enforce this timeline to ensure fairness and timely processing for all customers.

If you’re past the deadline but have extenuating circumstances, please contact us – we can’t guarantee an exception, but we’ll try to work with you if possible.
