What happens when you receive my return/exchange?
Once the return is done and the item is inspected, we will send you an email stating the acceptance or rejection of your refund/exchange request. If your application is approved, we will proceed to the refund/exchange.
If we proceed to a refund, the credit will automatically be applied on your credit card or original method of payment. The refund may take 4 to 10 business days before appearing officially in your account.
