What happens when you receive my return/exchange?Updated 5 days ago
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria (unused, tags on, etc.). Then:
- If you requested an exchange and the item passes inspection, we will promptly ship out the new item to you (we’ll email you a new shipping confirmation).
- If you requested a refund and the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. You’ll receive an email notification of the refund, and then please allow 4–10 business days for the credit to appear in your account (the exact timing can depend on your bank or credit card company).
If for any reason we must reject the return (e.g., the item returned was not the one originally ordered, or it shows signs of use), we will notify you via email. In such cases, we can send the item back to you, or discuss other resolutions. Our goal is to be fair and transparent in every situation.
