We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, most products can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery. If 15 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we can no longer offer a refund or exchange. Here are the key points of our policy:

  • Eligible items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Orders with discount codes: If you used a promo code on your order, it can be returned for exchange or store credit only (no refund to original payment).
  • Sale items: Items marked on sale or clearance are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

If you purchased a Mimi & August product through one of our authorized retail partners (a third-party store), please note that you must follow that retailer’s return/exchange policy. Mimi & August can only accept returns or exchanges for products bought directly from our website or our own stores.
