What is your return/exchange policy?Updated 9 months ago

Our products are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of delivery. When the 15 days have elapsed since the reception of your order, we unfortunately no longer offer refund or exchange. 

  • Only regular priced items can be refunded or exchanged. 
  • Orders placed using a discount code are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
  • Items on sale are final sale


- Exchange 
To ensure your return in time, we provide a return label for all types of requests. The shipping cost for the first exchange is at our expense.

If you wish to make a second exchange by mail

Contact our customer service team directly at [email protected] . Our team will be happy to explain you the procedure and will send you a shipping label to facilitate the process. Please note that a shipping fee of 10$ plus taxes will be charged for all additional exchange requests. 

- Refunds and credit notes 
Please note that shipping charges will be deducted from your order for refunds and credit notes. Shipping charges will be automatically calculated in your refund request. 

 For returns from the United States and internationally, you must go to your nearest post office to return it. Do not worry, you will have all the information you need when making the return request.

Products purchased at one of our retailers
If you have purchased a product from one of our retailers and would like to make a return, please contact the retailer directly to find out their return and exchange policy.

Mimi & August can only accept returns and exchanges on products that were purchased on the mimiandaugust.com website or directly at our store in the Old Port of Montreal. If your product was purchased at one of our retailers, it will be covered under their return and exchange policy.
