What items are not eligible for return or exchange?Updated a day ago

For hygiene and other policy reasons, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. Here’s a summary of non-eligible products:

Sale and clearance items: All items marked down on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Personal items (for hygiene): This includes swimwear without the hygienic liner, caps and beanies, hair accessories (clips, scrunchies), and underwear. These items are not returnable or exchangeable once purchased, for hygienic reasons.

Enamel pins, reusable cups, socks, and earrings: These items can be exchanged for another item or store credit only, but no refunds will be issued for them. (Due to their nature, we do not refund these, but we want you to be happy, so we do allow exchanges/credits.)
