If we have confirmed that a refund was issued but you don’t see it yet, here’s what to do:
Check your bank or card statement again. Sometimes refunds post with the original transaction date or have a slight delay in appearing online.
Contact your credit card company or bank. Let them know you’re expecting a refund – there may be a processing period on their end. Some banks take a few business days to officially post the credit.
If you’ve done the above and 10 business days have passed with no sign of the refund, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We’ll investigate from our side and ensure you get your refund.
