Can I modify or cancel my order?

If you want to modify or cancel your order, write to us as soon as possible at [email protected], or chat with the Mimi Team.

You must provide the following informations: 

- Order number that begins with MH
- Email address 

If your order has not been shipped yet, we can send you an invoice to add a product to your order. 

Please note that we cannot modify or cancel an order that has already been shipped. If your order has already been shipped and you wanted to cancel it, you can return it to us once you have received it.
