If you want to modify or cancel your order, write to us within 1 hour of placing your order at [email protected].

Provide your order number (starting with MH) and the email address used for the order. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate modifications or cancellations.

After 1 hour: We can't guarantee a change, but reach out anyway - sometimes we can still help.

Once shipped: You'll need to wait for the package and either keep it, return it, or refuse delivery.
