For Canadian customers: No additional fees beyond what's shown at checkout.

For US customers: Since August 29, 2025, all shipments into the United States are subject to duties (the U.S. ended its duty-free exemption on parcels under $800). To keep things simple, you can prepay all duties at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay. No surprise fees on delivery, no risk of your order being held at customs.

Most of our products (candles, stationery are designed and crafted in Canada) qualify under USMCA, which simplifies the duty calculation.

For International customers: Customs fees, import duties, and local taxes vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These are charged by your country's customs office upon arrival, not by Mimi & August.
