Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If your address is incorrect or incomplete:
- Your package may be lost in transit and we may not be able to recover it
- If the package is returned to us, you'll need to pay shipping again to have it resent
- We recommend reviewing your address on the order confirmation email right away — let us know within 1 hour if there's a typo
Once your order leaves our workshop, it's in the hands of the carrier. Mimi & August can't be held responsible for shipping delays caused by Canada Post, USPS, or other carriers (weather, customs processing, postal strikes, etc.).
About delivery days: Canada Post and most other carriers don't deliver on weekends - packages move on business days only (Monday to Friday).
