What is your return/exchange policy?

Our products are eligible for return or exchange within 15 days of delivery.

How do I process a return or exchange?

If you want to exchange or return your order you are at the right place. Just follow the steps.

Can I return my online purchase at one of your stores?

Absolutely! You can go to our shop to exchange or refund your order without problem. The Mini team will be happy to help you.

What items are not eligible for return/exchange?

For hygiene reasons here are the products which are not exchangeable or refundable

I sent my return late. What happens next?

Returns postmarked after 15 days will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense.

What happens when you receive my return/exchange?

Once the return is done and the item is inspected, we will send you an email stating the acceptance or rejection of your refund/exchange request.

What should I do if I didn't receive my refund?

If you still have not received the refund, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company.
